格隆汇9月15日｜据日经，软银集团旗下美国SB Energy于15日提交了与在美国首次公开募股相关的日本国内发行证券注册申报书。日本国内募资额最高为5亿美元（约770亿日元）。SB Energy预计最早将于2026年9月在纳斯达克市场上市。发行价格和股票数量尚未确定，预计将在2026年9月至2027年2月期间提示暂定条件。
