近日，北京北坞公园金山寺附近的胭脂稻进入成熟期，红色稻浪连绵铺展，吸引不少市民游客前来拍照打卡。胭脂稻，也称御田胭脂米，煮熟后红如胭脂。据史料记载，胭脂稻为康熙皇帝御选稻种，曾是清朝皇家贡米。《红楼梦》中贾母食用的红稻米粥，用的也是这种米。
