格隆汇9月14日丨中关村科技租赁(01601.HK)公告，于2026年9月14日，公司作为出租人与承租人无锡朗贤轻量化科技订立融资租赁协议，据此，(i)出租人将购入承租人自有租赁资产，转让价款为人民币4900万元；及(ii)出租人将租赁资产租回给承租人，租赁期为36个月，总租赁款项约为人民币5438万元，包括融资租赁本金为人民币4900万元及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)约为人民币538万元。
