人民财讯9月14日电，*ST东智(002175)9月14日公告，公司拟与巍赛重工签署《股权转让合同》，将公司持有的南通赛孚机械设备有限公司（简称“赛孚机械”或“标的公司”）70%股权转让给巍赛重工。本次交易对价为2748.87万元。交易完成后，公司将不再持有赛孚机械股权，赛孚机械不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
