格隆汇9月14日丨梅安森(300275.SZ)公布，公司股东暨实际控制人马焰先生、股东叶立胜先生与东海控股于2026年9月14日签署了《股份转让协议》，转让方合计转让其持有的公司1540万股股份（占上市公司总股本的5.00%）给受让方，其中马焰先生向受让方转让其持有的上市公司11,733,900股股份（占上市公司总股本的3.81%）；叶立胜先生向受让方转让其持有的上市公司3,666,400股股份（占上市公司总股本的1.19%）。
