孕前遗传评估有多重要？四川省人民医院医学遗传中心（产前诊断中心）中心主任杨季云介绍，夫妻为致病基因携带者却无发病表现，若双方携带同一致病基因，后代有25%患病概率；二是新发突变，精子、卵子形成时发生基因染色体变异；三是孕期病毒感染、接触致畸物质等环境因素。因此，即使家族无病史，孕前筛查和孕期产检依旧不能忽视。（封面新闻记者 周家夷）
