新五丰9月14日公告，公司拟以5374.3万元通过协议转让方式购买湖南长株潭广联生猪交易市场有限公司（简称“广联公司”）7名自然人股东合计持有的广联公司18.8812%股权。本次收购完成后，广联公司股东全部为国有控股企业，广联公司仍为新五丰的控股子公司，继续纳入合并财务报表范围。
