上交所停复牌信息显示，广汽集团(601238.SH)因重要事项未公告，9月14日全天停牌。
此前，有市场传闻称，一汽集团拟通过资产划拨入股广汽，成为第二大股东，但该消息并未得到官方确认。
据21世纪经济报道消息，广汽集团工作人员对停牌一事回应：“停牌是今天上午紧急发生的，因为今天收市后将发布一个重要公告，但具体时间待定，公告内容暂时无法透露。”
