9月11日，摩恩电气（002451）发布公告，公司近期根据辖区税务机关的要求对涉税事项进行自查，发现需补缴税款及滞纳金合计320万元。
截至公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕，本次补缴税款事项不涉及行政处罚。
2026年中期，摩恩电气实现收入7.30亿元，归母净利润576万元。
