【中国中冶：9月11日回购H股及A股股份合计1122.82万股】 中国中冶公告称，2026年9月11日，公司于香港联交所回购H股353万股，每股回购价区间为1.375港元-1.435港元，付出总金额499.42万港元；于上海证券交易所回购A股769.82万股，每股回购价区间为2.57元-2.62元，付出总金额1999.88万元，本次回购股份均拟用于注销。截至2026年9月11日，公司已通过H股回购授权累计回购H股4371.3万股，占回购授权决议通过日已发行H股总数的1.54%。
