9月11日，据中指院公布的数据，今年8月，全国300城住宅用地出让金1457亿元，同比增长37%，增长主要受北京、上海、广州等核心城市多宗高总价地块入市带动。累计来看，2026年1-8月，300城住宅用地出让金8859亿元，同比下降21.1%。溢价率方面，2026年1-8月，300城住宅用地平均溢价率为9.5%，8月单月平均溢价率为7.4%。
