9月11日，杭州上城区发布覆盖产业赋能、城市治理、民生服务和具身智能四大领域的20个AI场景，并宣布将百度秒哒纳入上城区OPC工具包。活动现场，秒哒OPC创新创业基地正式揭牌。基地将依托上城区开放的产业场景和秒哒的AI应用开发能力，为OPC创作者提供需求对接、工具支持和项目落地服务，推动更多AI应用进入企业经营和城市服务等真实场景。
