格隆汇9月11日｜壳牌同意以7.15亿美元向星座能源出售其在RISEC Holdings的权益，同时还同意以未披露金额收购Hunlock Creek Generating 100%股权。壳牌称，此举是其持续管理美国电力资产组合的一部分。RISEC拥有罗得岛州能源中心，这是一座装机容量609MW、由两台机组组成的联合循环燃气轮机发电厂；Hunlock Creek Generating在宾夕法尼亚州拥有169MW燃气发电产能。两笔交易均有待监管批准，预计将于2027年第一季度完成。
