为方便广大市民和企业就近办理车驾管业务，天津市公安局交通管理总队车管所将于2026年9月11日14:00-16:00在天津市津南区天开高教科创园津南园政务服务中心（天津市津南区雅深路39号）启动“流动车管所”服务车，届时周边群众可以携带相关材料办理车驾管业务。
