当地时间9月10日，美国总务管理局（GSA）宣布与OpenAI达成新的OneGov协议，为政府机构提供基于用量计费的ChatGPT服务，代币使用费用可享50%折扣。协议预计10月1日起生效，有效期27个月，政府机构无需支付平台费或承诺最低采购量。
这是双方此前合作的延续。2025年8月，OpenAI首次通过GSA的OneGov计划向美国联邦机构提供ChatGPT Enterprise，参与机构首年仅需支付1美元，并额外获得60天高级模型不限量使用权限。
