新京报贝壳财经讯 9月10日，中国卫星公告称，公司控股股东空间院在2026年6月10日至9月9日减持计划期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式累计减持公司股份1489.04万股，占公司总股本的1.26%，减持总金额10.97亿元。本次减持计划实施期限届满，空间院仍持有公司股份5.94亿股，占公司总股本的50.20%。
