人民财讯9月10日电，9月10日，在国新办新闻发布会上，中国人民银行副行长陆磊表示，“十五五”时期，人民银行将持续完善人民币跨境支付体系建设，优化人民币跨境支付系统（CIPS）的功能和服务，推进快速支付系统、二维码支付等互联互通，积极推动数字人民币在跨境场景中的使用。
