9月10日，大丰实业（603081.SH）公告称，公司全资子公司大丰私募参投的宁波姚商燕创启索创业投资基金完成扩募，基金总规模扩至5.82亿元。大丰私募认缴出资额仍为5000万元，出资比例由13.0208%稀释至8.5911%。本次扩募不会对公司财务状况和经营成果产生重大影响。截至目前，公司与私募基金合作投资合计6000万元。
