人民财讯9月10日电，9月10日，在国新办新闻发布会上，证监会副主席李超表示，证监会将坚持市场化、法治化轨道上推进改革发展，发挥好法治固根本、稳预期、利长远的重要作用，进一步健全资本市场法律制度体系。修订后的证券公司监管条例有望于近期出台。
