据中新经纬报道，9月10日苹果秋季发布会后，记者在苹果官网检索发现，iPhone品类目前仅有iPhone Air、iPhone 17、iPhone 17e、iPhone 16在售，iPhone 17 Pro系列已下架。对此，记者以消费者身份咨询苹果官方客服，客服表示，发布新产品时，iPhone 17 Pro系列会下架，只留基础款在售，并明确表示不会重新上架。
此外，对于在售老款iPhone涨价一事，官方客服回应称，系材料成本上涨所致。
据消费者整理，iPhone Air 256GB/512GB版涨价800元，1TB版涨价2300元。iPhone 17涨价800元，iPhone 17e涨价800元。iPhone 16 128GB版涨价600元。
