平度第一中学供热质量将有提升，供热二次管网及换热站设备更新改造项目拟建设，总预算330万元。
项目建设内容主要包括：
1）室外管网工程：共约1852米，其中主管约1117米，支管约735米。
2）换热站设备更新：更换板式换热器，分集水器、循环水泵、补水泵、除湿机及相关配件。
项目计划工期70天。分两个阶段实施，第一阶段换热站设备更新计划工期30天，2026年10月1日开工，2026年10月30日完工，第二阶段室外管网工程，计划工期40天，2027年7月10日开工，2026年8月18日完工。
