人民财讯9月9日电，煌上煌(002695)9月9日公告，公司控股股东的一致行动人新余煌上煌投资管理中心（有限合伙）拟在15个交易日后的3个月内，以集中竞价交易、大宗交易方式，减持公司股份不超过1678.6万股（占公司总股本的3%）。减持计划实施不会导致公司控制权发生变化。
