新浪科技讯 9月9日下午消息，有市场消息称，DeepSeek已委托中信证券筹备科创板IPO。
截止目前，DeepSeek方面并未官方回应此事。不过已有知情人士确认称，“该消息属实”。
据悉，目前中信证券已与DeepSeek方面接洽并进入尽职调查阶段，但双方尚未签订正式的上市辅导协议。
