格隆汇9月9日｜根据美国证券管易委员会(SEC)的文件，优步首席运营官Andrew Macdonald于9月4日买进7万股公司股票，总金额约530万美元。这些股票分两笔交易购入，每股价格介于75.23美元至76.85美元之间。此次增持是Macdonald自2025年6月接任现职以来，首次在公开市场购买优步股票。值得注意的是，这笔交易发生在优步首席执行官Dara Khosrowshahi宣布裁员计划仅数天后。优步计划裁减全球约10%的员工，目的是精简中阶管理层，并释放更多资金投入策略性投资。
