9月8日，豫能控股（001896）发布公告，公司全资子公司豫能新能源拟认缴出资1.24亿元在平顶山汝州市设立全资孙公司汝州综能，汝州综能拟对外投资建设豫能汝州100MW风力发电项目。
该项目总建设装机规模为100MW，动态总投资额为4.12亿元，项目资本金比例为30%，其余资金通过银行贷款解决。
2026年中期，豫能控股实现收入48.83亿元，归母净利润6546万元。
