人民财讯9月8日电，杭州柯林(688611)9月8日公告，公司实控人的一致行动人广意投资拟12个月内，使用专项贷款和自有资金，以集中竞价方式增持公司股份，合计拟增持金额不低于2500万元且不超过5000万元。招商银行杭州分行承诺为广意投资提供金额为不超过4500万元的专项贷款，贷款期限3年。
