证券日报网讯9月7日，招商银行发布公告称，公司董事会收到公司行长助理王兴海先生的辞任函。王兴海先生因工作原因，向公司董事会提请辞去行长助理职务。王兴海先生的辞任自2026年9月7日起生效。王兴海先生已确认与公司董事会无不同意见，也无与其辞任有关的其他事项需要提请公司股东和债权人注意。
