9月7日晚间，中金公司公告称，公司拟开展换股吸收合并重大资产重组项目的A股异议股东收购请求权有关事宜，已获证监会批复同意吸收合并东兴证券和信达证券。为确保A股异议股东收购请求权实施顺利进行，公司A股股票将自2026年9月15日开市起连续停牌。
