9月7日，科林电气（603050）发布公告，王永因个人原因申请辞去公司总经理职务，之后继续担任董事职务。
同时，张长虹因个人原因申请辞去公司副总经理、财务负责人职务，后续将不在公司及控股子公司任职。
2026年中期，科林电气实现收入21.76亿元，归母净利润1.16亿元。
