【财华社讯】五矿资源(01208.HK)公布，其非全资附属公司Minera Las Bambas S.A.(借款人)与中国工商银行(亚洲)股份有限公司及交通银行股份有限公司(透过其境外金融中心)订立循环融资协议。根据协议，贷款人向借款人授出一项为期三年、本金金额为3.5亿美元的循环融资，用于满足一般资金需求。
