【汇鑫小额贷款：修订后的公司章程已生效】 汇鑫小额贷款公告称，公司于2026年6月11日召开的股东周年大会上，股东正式通过批准修订章程的特别决议案。经修订的章程已于2026年9月7日向泉州市市场监督管理局备案并获得批准，于当日生效。章程以中文拟定，英文版本仅为译文，若中英文版本存在不一致，以中文版本为准。
