格隆汇9月7日｜数据显示，8月英国房价环比下跌0.2%，同比跌幅-0.4%，为2023年11月以来首次。下跌背后是经济不确定性导致潜在购房者观望，上周数据显示抵押贷款批准数降至2024年初以来最低。目前平均房价为298,468英镑，低于7月的299,153英镑。劳埃德银行抵押贷款业务主管Andrew Asaam表示，预计未来数月市场仍将相当低迷，但对房价影响可能有限，工资继续增长和就业好于预期将支撑有换房需求的购房者。
