格隆汇9月7日丨国新能源(600617.SH)公布，为进一步降低公司融资成本、拓宽融资渠道、改善债务结构、防范资金风险，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》等规定，公司拟向上海证券交易所申请非公开发行金额不超过人民币20亿元（含20亿元）的可续期公司债券。
