人民财讯9月7日电，农业农村部、中央农办、国家发展改革委、财政部、中国人民银行、金融监管总局印发《坚持农业农村优先发展 完善乡村振兴投入机制实施方案》，方案提出，到2030年，基本建立与农业农村发展水平相适应、结构合理、方式科学、质效并重的乡村振兴投入机制，为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、加快补齐农业农村现代化短板弱项、扎实推进乡村全面振兴提供有力支撑。
