9月6日，“梅姨”案中被拐儿童申聪称，收到广州市中院刑事附带民事诉讼告知书。申聪称，他和父亲申军良已决定向“梅姨”提起民事诉讼，正联系律师准备诉讼材料。
申聪是“梅姨”案中多名被拐儿童之一，1岁左右在广州被拐，2020年与父母团聚。
