【北森控股：9月4日回购20万股股份 拟持作库存股】 北森控股公告称，2026年9月4日公司于港交所回购普通股20万股，每股回购价区间为3.17港元-3.25港元，付出总金额64.20万港元，该部分回购股份拟持作库存股份。本次回购股份占期初已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.0277%。截至2026年9月4日，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）为721,966,023股，库存股份为16,082,600股，已发行股份总数为738,048,623股。
