众兴菌业（002772.SZ）公告称，公司全资孙公司天水昱晟拟与天水市土地收购储备中心签署收储协议，拟对天水昱晟位于天水市成纪新城高家湾片区的2021-48号宗地进行收购，土地面积73,505m²，拟收购价款为3.46亿元。本次交易初步测算短期内预计将减少公司2026年净利润约4660万元。
