9月4日，致尚科技（301486）发布公告，公司终止通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买深圳市恒扬数据股份有限公司99.8555%股权。
公告提到，鉴于本次交易事项推进时间较长，当前市场环境较本次交易事项筹划初期发生了较大变化，经公司审慎考虑，决定终止购买资产暨关联交易事项。
2026年中期，致尚科技实现收入6.83亿元，归母净利润1147万元。
