陈宏先生正式出任成都新希望高新皇冠假日酒店及成都新希望高新中心假日酒店总经理

近日，洲际酒店集团正式宣布任命陈宏先生（Steven Chen）为成都新希望高新皇冠假日酒店与成都新希望高新中心假日酒店总经理，自2026年8月31日起生效。履新后，陈宏先生将全面负责两家酒店的整体运营及战略经营管理工作。

陈宏先生毕业于四川旅游学院，2001年于四川岷山酒店管理公司开启酒店从业生涯，曾担任行政助理经理，全面负责餐饮板块，参与多家岷山系酒店的开业筹备与运营管理，积累了深厚的管理经验。他曾任职于多家知名酒店集团，拥有丰富的团队领导履历。

2005至2007年，担任华住集团成都区域总经理；2007年末加入洲际酒店集团，出任成都鼓楼智选假日酒店运营总监。2010至2019年，任职洲际酒店集团川渝区域智选假日品牌区域总经理，负责多家在营酒店及储备项目，带领团队取得亮眼经营业绩，助力集团在西区的品牌拓展，同时培养出多名优秀酒店总经理。2019至2023年，就职于万科酒店事业部成都分公司，担任运营总经理，统筹管理多家已运营及筹备期酒店、度假项目。

履新前，陈宏先生担任成都保利辉盛坊国际酒店公寓总经理，主导该高端服务式公寓的开业筹备与市场落地，交出了优异的运营成绩单。

IHG Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Chen as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Chengdu West and Holiday Inn Chengdu High-Tech Center, effective August 31, 2026. In this new role, Steven will have full responsibility for the overall operations and strategic management of both properties.
A graduate of Sichuan Tourism College, Steven commenced his hospitality career in 2001 with Sichuan Minshan Hotel Management Company. He oversaw the Food & Beverage division as Executive Assistant Manager and supported pre-opening and ongoing operations for multiple Minshan-branded hotels. Steven built extensive leadership experience across several well-known hotel groups. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Area General Manager of Huazhu Group in Chengdu. He joined IHG in late 2007 as Operations Director at Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Gulou. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2019, he held the position of Area General Manager of Holiday Inn Express for Sichuan and Chongqing at IHG. In this role, he managed numerous operating and pipeline hotel projects, achieved strong business performance, supported the expansion of brand signings in West China, and developed several capable hotel General Managers. From 2019 to 2023, Steven joined the Chengdu Office of Vanke Hotel Business Division as Operations General Manager, overseeing an extensive portfolio of operating and pre-opening hotel and resort projects.
Prior to this appointment, Steven served as General Manager at Fraser Place Chengdu, where he led the pre-opening and successful market launch of this premium serviced apartment property and delivered outstanding operational performance.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys swimming and watching movies.
With his extensive industry experience and proven leadership, we are confident that Steven will lead the team to deliver continued excellence and further strengthen the market position of both hotels in Chengdu.
