央视网消息：台风“沙德尔”9月3日上午在福建省漳州市漳浦古雷沿海登陆，这是其第三次登陆我国。9月3日17时，中央气象台已经正式对其停止编号。受“沙德尔”影响，9月3日、4日两天，福建、广东、江西等地部分地区有大暴雨，各地多措并举，积极应对。
