当地时间9月3日，尼泊尔外交部长希西尔表示，尼泊尔政府衷心感谢危难时刻中方慷慨驰援，谨代表政府再次向中国政府和中国人民致以诚挚慰问。尼中共享喜马拉雅山自然生态系统，同为气候变化受影响国。尼方赞同中方观点，应对气候变化是国际社会共同责任。
据悉，尼泊尔外交部长希西尔在与中国驻尼泊尔大使张茂明会见时做出上述表态。（总台记者 石玥）
