9月3日，根据国家金融监督管理总局河北监管局发布的行政处罚决定书，李宏伟因在2012年于银行机构工作期间存在违规发放贷款行为，被给予警告。由于采取直接送达、委托送达、邮寄送达等方式无法送达行政处罚文书，现依法公告送达该决定书。
