9月3日，信捷电气（603416）发布公告，控股股东李新将其持有的678万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的13.82%及公司总股本的4.32%；质押后李新累计质押2189万股，占其所持股份的44.63%及公司总股本的13.94%。
2026年中期，信捷电气实现收入11.02亿元，归母净利润1.55亿元。
