中国天气网讯 据中央气象台消息，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”（热带风暴级）的中心已于9月3日6时30分前后在福建省漳州市漳浦古雷沿海第三次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压985百帕。
