9月3日，华胜天成（600410）发布公告，张亮因个人原因申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，之后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会同意聘任郭文亮为公司董事会秘书，任期自本董事会决议通过之日起至第八届董事会届满之日止。
郭文亮，1981年8月出生，北京大学光华管理学院全日制工商管理硕士，并担任北京大学光华管理学院第二期职业发展导师。
2026年中期，华胜天成实现收入25.01亿元，归母净利润-2.45亿元。
