当地时间1日，俄罗斯总统普京就俄日关系再次表态。据俄塔社2日报道，普京在结束上合组织比什凯克峰会行程后对记者表示，俄日关系当前恶化的责任完全在于日本政府。他说：“如果他们执意要恶化同我们的关系，那就随他们便。我们对此感到遗憾，但这100%是他们的错。”
