9月3日，博时稳定价值债券（050006）发布公告，基金经理罗霄因岗位调动离任，并继续担任其他基金的基金经理。基金经理李禹成于同日上任，并与乔奇兵、张李陵共同管理本基金。
李禹成拥有10.2年证券投资管理经验，曾任泰康资产管理有限公司信用评估经理。
