9月3日，零售板块异动拉升，百大集团（600865.SH）直线涨停，此前国芳集团（601086.SH）5连板，珠免集团（600185.SH）涨停，三江购物（601116.SH）、茂业商业（600828.SH）、中国中免（601888.SH）、东百集团（600693.SH）等跟涨。消息面上，日前商务部等7部门印发《关于推动商品消费扩容升级的实施意见》。其中提出，到2030年社会消费品零售总额达60万亿元左右。
