当地时间9月2日，微软在提交美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的文件中披露，公司将调整可报告业务部门及投资者指标。自2027财年起，微软将按新的架构管理业务并披露业绩，设立“Agents and Infra（智能体与基础设施）”和“Devices and Consumer（设备与消费者）”两大可报告部门。
