[潮州台风黄色预警信号]
受台风“沙德尔”影响，预计我市最大阵风可达10级以上。潮州市气象台于9月3日06时04分将湘桥区各街镇、潮安区各镇场台风蓝色预警信号升级为黄色，请注意防御。
